Resolution:
The original HMIPSF7DP03 came with Windows XP which is no longer supported by Microsoft and Schneider Electric. A more modern replacement that runs Windows 10 IIOT is the following:
CPU Box
15" Screen
Note the both parts are attached together to form a single HMI.
