Can a Replacement Dead Front be ordered for a Medical Isolation Panel

The Dead Front for a Medical Isolation Power Panel cannot be ordered as a single commercial reference at this time. The Dead Front is shipped as part of the contents for the Interior Kit Assembly. If a customer has received a damaged Interior Kit Assembly, then the Interior Kit needs to be re-ordered.

The Dead Front is Serialized and part of a UL Listed Assembly.

The Claims and Returns process needs to be followed based on the situation as it applies. Schneider Electric is not responsible for processing claims against the carrier unless the order was sold as FOB Site.

In the event that the reorder of the Interior Kit Assembly is determined not to be possible a replacement Dead Front can be ordered by filing a CR on the Schneider Electric product fulfillment location requesting Order Entry, Pricing and Delivery Instructions for the replacement Dead Front.

To order a Replacement Dead Front, the following information must be provided for each Interior needing a replacement Dead Front.

Factory Order Number and Line Item

Interior Kit Assembly Number

Serial Number from the Damaged Dead Front (This will be on a Label on the Dead Front)

Note: If the Dead Front has been lost there is no tracking information that would allow Schneider Electric to determine the Serial Number on the Dead Front and therefore the Interior Kit Assembly must be re-ordered.

Schneider Electric will not accept the return and issue credit for un-used parts that are shipped as part of an assembly.
