Can I connect the wireless panel server of PrismaSeT Active with a three-phase network without neutral?
The wiring kit can be powered without neutral. In this case the neutral cable must be removed from the gateway connector.
Please note that the voltage range of this three-phase electrical system is 3 x 230/400 (± 15%) V.
Just be aware that you will not be alerted in case of phase loss. Indeed, the LED will stay on because of the residual voltage but you will not be able to receive the alert on Facility Expert either.
