Issue
When selecting 'Today' or 'This Week' as the Reporting Periods, the Harmonic Compliance (2014) report does not return the correct values. The Non-compliant event counter is available in real-time through Vista, Webapps, and the meter front panel but they are missing on the Harmonic Compliance report.

Cause
The Harmonic Compliance Report shows an analysis of the harmonic compliance of selected sources based on the IEEE 519 standard. This report can be used for analysis and compliance assessment of the facility against the IEEE 519 harmonics standard. This report needs data from ION meters with IEEE 519 monitoring capabilities.
The report counts the number of times that harmonic values exceed a recommended level in IEEE standard. All analyses regarding Harmonic parameters and compliance are done inside the meter. The meter keeps the score on the number of times Harmonic values are non-compliant. Those counts are eventually logged in the database and can be returned in the Harmonic Compliance report. Daily counters are logged shortly after midnight every day and then the counters on the meter reset. Weekly counters are logged shortly after midnight on Sunday and then the counters reset.
If the report has been configured with a Reporting Period of "Today" or "This Week", the counters are not downloaded from the meter yet. The report would indicate that zero non-compliant events have been recorded and the meter has Passed the IEEE 519 compliance test; though the number of non-Compliant events is visible on Vista, Webapps, and the meter front panel.
Resolution
The solution will be selecting a period that already has the logged data.
If a user wants a daily update, then change the Reporting Period parameter from "Today" to "Yesterday" and modify the subscription schedule to daily at 1:00 am to ensure that all data for a complete day can be analyzed by the report.
It is recommended that a completed Reporting Period, such as "Last Week" or "Last Month," be used for the analysis.
