Incorrect product version displayed in the PowerChute Business Edition Web UI following an upgrade
Issue:
After upgrading from PowerChute Business Edition v10.0.2 to v10.0.4 or v10.0.5, the UI still displays the version as v10.0.2. This issue only occurs with Windows installations where the OS locale language is not English.

PowerChute Business Edition v10.0.2, v10.0.4, v10.0.5
Environment:
Windows operating systems
Resolution:
If you have PowerChute v10.0.5 installed, run the v10.0.5 installer again.
If you have PowerChute v10.0.4 installed, run the v10.0.4 installer again or upgrade to v10.0.5.
This will fix the issue and keep your current configuration. After the upgrade, the Web UI will display the correct product version.
