Per Schneider Electric literature online the ATV320's Datasheet, has a line providing this information which is tagged "Well-being Performance"
Altivar 320 AC Drives Datasheet shows that they are "Mercury Free". This information can be found on the Datasheet for any Schneider Electric, Altivar and Altivar Process, VFD's.
