Resolution:
Based on predefined events or conditions, it is possible to send email messages using the explicit exchange message block SEND_EMAIL. First ensure that the email service of the NOC module is enabled via the DTM configuration


Under the  "EMAIL" section, specify the SMTP server IP address and port number. This is where you would also enter the header information such as the subject, sender and recipient email address. If authentication is necessary, enable and enter the credentials if not, disable it.

Note: To test the email functionality of the module, you can use a free SMTP server that runs locally on your PC such as Argosoft.
