How do you remove the main control boards on the Altistart ATS480 soft starter?

Removing the ATS480 Soft Starters main control board.

Cause:

Main control board replacement

Resolution:

Before starting make sure you have removed all the main and control voltage from the ATS480 soft starter before beginning.

Remove the front control terminals cover. (Make sure the door is 90 degrees and push out on the top corner of the cover.)

Now remove the two screws at the bottom of the main control board and lift it up.

Reinstalling you will do in reverse operation.
