PME2020&Later Versions- 1 minute interval data logging is not working for PM5350

Issue description:

The data logging interval for the PM5350 has been modified in the device type editor, changing from 300 seconds to 60 seconds. However, this adjustment has revealed some issues; the values recorded at 1-minute intervals show little variation and tend to remain constant for extended periods, approximately 6 minutes

Environment:

PME 2020 & later versions, PME Device type editor

Cause:

When Vista is closed and opened for the first time, the values are updating for every minute only after opening that specific diagram in vista. Then if we go to any other diagram, it continues to log different values for every minute without any issue.  But, if we opened any other diagram for the 1st time, the response is same as before like for every 5 mins the same value is logging, and it is changing the value for 6th min.

Resolution:

Modify LogSpeedUpdateRate and HighSpeedUpdateRate to 60 in particular device xml file.
