PAS600L: Uploading a Custom Model .ZIP file continuously fails, "Export File Again From EPC Website and Try Again"

Issue

Multiple attempts at uploading a Custom Model .ZIP file to the PAS600 Panel Server fail, even after rebuilding the custom model and downloading again from the EPC Website

Cause

Starting at PAS600 firmware 002.004.000 and newer, the firmware is programmed to reject custom models with older data models:

Resolution

Assure that you are uploading the correct Custom Model format based on your Panel Server's firmware version.

1. If you have created a Custom Model file on the EPC website from December 2025 and on, your format will not be compatible with the PAS600's firmware 2.3.0 and older. It will be required that you upgrade your PAS600 device to firmware version 2.4.0 and newer. 2. If you have a Custom Model file that was created on the EPC website before December 2025, you will only be able to upload this Custom Model format to PAS600 devices with the firmware 2.3.0 and older.
