How to Locate my PowerShelf unit?

Scenario:

APC by Schneider Electric recognizes that customers may need a quick and reliable way to physically identify a specific PowerShelf unit within a data center. This can be particularly useful when multiple PowerShelf units are installed across several racks or configured as part of a cascaded PowerShelf system.

Product Line:

SENVPS33KB2, SENVPS33KL-NP, SENVPS33KB3

Resolution:

The PMC indicator light can be used to help physically identify the PowerShelf associated with the PMC being accessed remotely.

This functionality can be controlled through the Redfish API:

Turn the indicator light ON

Method: PATCH
Resource: /redfish/v1/Managers/PMC_0
Action: Indicator light ON

After issuing the command, look for the PMC where the green and yellow LEDs are alternately flashing at 4 Hz. This identifies the physical PowerShelf associated with the PMC being accessed.
