How energy rollover happen on a PM1000
On models before firmware version V03.05.01, the meter will reset energy (kWh and kVAh) based on the following setting;

Wh => Integrator reset based on either Wh or Run hours whichever reach max value
VAh => Integrator reset based on either VAh or Run hours

However, on models from firmware version V03.05.01 or greater, the meter may be programmed to reset based upon a specified KWh or KVAh value via the front display.

In the Setup menu user can choose the condition for energy overflow. Based on the selection, the energy overflow happen upon reaching the threshold value.

Wh E => Integrator reset based on only Wh overflow
VAh E => Integrator reset based on only VAh overflow
Wh => Integrator reset based on either Wh or Run hours whichever reach max value
VAh => Integrator reset based on either VAh or Run hours whichever reach max value

Note:
The power meters have an OLD data register, where the cleared INTG values will be stored. The energy values in the integrator are transferred to the OLD register when the INTG is cleared (manually/due to overflow). Thus the OLD energy values are not lost even after the integrator is cleared and can be viewed with the OLD parameter. The values of parameters Wh, VAh, VARh, -VARh, and Run.h are stored in the OLD register when the INTG is cleared.
