How to read unallocated variables from M580 or NOC by EIP.

When M580 CPU or NOC as EIP adapter, the Scanner (other PLC or tools) can read its unallocated variable by two ways:
1. Enable the local slaves, and configure the parameter including Instance of Input and Output, and the data size. The scanner can add Class 1 connection by implicit. The scanner can also read by "AssamblyObject"
2. Move the unallocated variable to Modbus Object, and read by "Modbus Object"
