The product has not been designed to be mounted in upside-down position.
First, the air flow in your situation will be different (from the top towards bottom) which makes cooling worse and we cannot define derating ratio. Hot air outlet at the bottom will have tendency to ascend and pass round the control circuit.
Second, mechanical parts that hold the drive and cables will be exposed to different force (e.g. no plate that could hold the incoming L1-L2-L3 cables when appear at the bottom ATV320...B), screws that holed ATV on mounting will be difficult to keep in correct position regarding mounting holes on ATV (ATV will not hang on screw).
Third, display will be upside down.
Conclusion is that upside-down position is not recommended.
