You can access chat support in SE website by following the instructions below:

1) Go to your local SE Website:

Singapore: se.com/sg

Philippines: se.com/ph

Malaysia: se.com/my

Then at the SE website, click on the floating green icon for the support center

2) Under support center menu, click the button for "Chat with an expert" to initiate chat session with SE support.
