How can we help you today?

The MC function blocks returns an error when using them with the ATV320.

The reason the issue occurs is because the MC functions blocks do not support the ATV320.  The MC function blocks only supports legacy drives (i.e, ATV32, etc.)

The issue can be resolved by updating to firmware 2.9IE34 which includes a new parameter to disguise the ATV320 as an ATV32.
