Battery Module Does Not Turn On in Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kVA or Smart-UPS Modular Ultra
Problem: The SRYLBM battery module does not turn on in Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kVA or Smart-UPS Modular Ultra, even after tightening the thumbscrew.

Environment: SRYLBM installed in the following UPS models: SRTL5KRM2UI, SRTL5KRM2UT, SRTL8KRM4UI, SRTL8KRM4UT, SRTL10KRM2UI, SRTL10KRM2UT, SRYLxxKxxRMXLT
Cause: The switch on the battery module does not fully engage after tightening the thumbscrew.
Resolution: Use a flat head screwdriver to tighten the thumbscrew further until the battery module turns on.
IMPORTANT: Tighten with caution as over tightening may damage the thumbscrew.
