Cause
Since no internet connection is present, the Schneider Electric Registration Tool cannot connect to the Schneider Electric Server

Resolution
Vijeo Designer Activation/Registration by Phone Method

After installation with a serial number and part number entered, a prompt will usually appear this copy of the Vijeo Designer software is not registered and will prompt you to register it once the software has been opened. When that pops up, click Yes.

In case the pop-up message to register did not show automatically, try to locate this file location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Vijeo-Designer 6.2\VijeoFrame\Registration\RegistrationWizard.exe" /nosplash

Afterwards, follow the steps below:

1. On select task screen, choose Ask for authorization or Authorize this PC, next

2. On registration method, choose "by phone", next

3. Fill out the user information screen, next

4. It will ask you to call the registration numbers. Before you click Next to move past the screen, call your Software Registration Center (SRC) so that you can provide the information on the next screen or send an email to your SRC with a screenshot of the next screen.

5. Next screen is Enter Received Code screen which will have the code entry number & computer ID. An authorization code will be provided by the Software Registration Center based on the information you have passed either via phone or sent by email. Once code is given by the SRC Team, type the code and click Next.

6. Once the authorization code is entered, this message should appear. You can save this on your records.

7. Click Finish to complete the registration process. Your copy of Vijeo Designer should now be registered and activated.
