If your Com’X 200 device is currently connected to Digital Services Platform (DSP) in support of a cloud application such as EcoStruxure™ Facility Expert, it must be upgraded to firmware version v3.5.54 by August 1, 2019 to avoid interruption of service. After August 1, 2019 firmware versions v3.5.54 or later are required to connect to cloud applications via DSP. NOTE: Remote Access feature has been restored and functions as expected in Com’X v3.5.54. This release is the same as v3.5.53 with the Remote Access defect fixed.
