Use the DLF-3000 software utility to apply this firmware to the device. The meter must be put in "Language Pack Download Mode". To do this, at the front panel of the meter do the following steps: (1) Press ESC and OK keys simulaneously to get to "Config" (2) Enter Password and then press OK (3) Click the down arrow key to scroll downward in the choices in the menu items in the left hand pane until you reach "LangDL". (4) Under "LangDL", select OK to "Enable Download". (5) After step (4) above, the meter is in LangDL mode. The LED at the top right corner of the front panel will glow yellow in this state. (6) Now, the meter will accept the Language Pack download from DLF3000 software. It will indicate "Passed" instead of "Firmware/Hardware Incompatibility".
