Issue

The purpose of this resolution is to inform users of the 174CEV20040 of the procedure for upgrading the firmware in the Bridge.

Resolution

The Procedure that follows should be done after downloading the latest version of the firmware(which can be found on Pl@net) for the bridge to a local directory on the PC that will actually be used to upgrade the device.

Proceed as follows:
1) Log into the bridge as administrator
2) Navigate to the Configuration, Admin Tools page as seen below and select Service Pack Install.

3) Follow the dialog box and direct the software to the location of the downloaded file.

The bridge will reboot after the upgrade.
