Resolution
If you try to perform a partial read from a non E 984 PLC (i.e., 984-685, 984-785, etc.) the options for
configuration and logic will be greyed out.

The reason a partial read cannot be performed from a non-E controller is because when the upload
is performed, the configuration automatically gets wiped out from the offline program and replaced with
the uploaded one (Modsoft asks if the user wants to continue before wiping out the configuration).
'ProWORX 32' automatically assumes that the user wants to wipe out the configuration. When this
happens, it causes a mismatch between the offline program and the program that is in the PLC and greys
out the selections.
