What BIST Error corresponds to the Bit value for the DIA1 BIST Status
Resolution
This table will attempt to be a comprehensive list of possible BIST error codes for the platforms that use BIST. These errors also have a corresponding DGD error code, which will show up in the DGD log when a BIST test fails. Refer the BIST section in the DGD Codes.
