It is ok to use Corner Grounded Delta with an ATS48 as long as the voltage is balanced phase to phase.
However, some problems may occur on Ungrounded systems. One or more phases may have a high voltage with respect to ground and may cause measurement irregularities that can affect the operation of the soft starter.
The Open Delta may be a problem because the voltage may not be balanced when loaded. This may cause phase fault problems.
