Adding a BMXNOC040x or 140NOC78xxx to the applicable rack will return the following error message. This will be followed by an unexpected closure of Control Expert 15.
This issue will occur if the module is added to a Control Expert application after installing the following hot fixes

The following steps can be used as a workaround,
- Uninstall Control Expert.
- Reinstall Control Expert.
- Install all hot fixes except 'ControlExpert_V150_HF0380584E'.
