Selecting the correct lighting contactor based on ratings

Resolution:
The maximum ratings depend on the type of load and number of poles connected to load. Ratings are as follows:

Tungsten:
One pole connected to load - 20 amp, 277 vac.
Two poles connected to load on single phase or three poles connected to load on three phase - 20 amp, 480 vac.

Ballast:
One pole connected to load - 30 amp, 277 vac.
One pole connected to load - 15 amp, 347 vac
Two poles connected to load on single phase or three poles connected to load on three phase - 30 amp, 480 vac.
Two poles connected to load on single phase or three poles connected to load on three phase - 15 amp, 600 vac.

Resistance:
One pole connected to load - 20 amp, 600 vac.
Two poles connected to load on single phase or three poles connected to load on three phase - 20 amp, 600 vac.

DC Ratings For Tungsten Lamp or Resistance Loads Only:
Two poles in series - 20 amp, 125 vdc.
Three poles in series - 20 amp, 250 vdc.
