'The core database has not been found or it is an incompatible version' error message

Resolution
This error message appears when the Advantys Configuration Software is opened.
This error will occur if the pathname in the registry key does not match the actual database path that
the workspace is using.
To verify the pathname for the database folder:
- Click on Start\Run
- Type in 'regedt32' and hit the ENTER key to bring up the Registry Editor.
- Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
- Double click on the Registry key named Schneider Electric.
- Double click on the Registry key named Advantys\Settings.
- Double click on the Registry key named Settings.
- Locate the key data in the right window pane and compare it against the actual folder pathname. (i.e., The key
If the string value is different from the actual pathname:
- Double click on the DATA string value to open the String Editor window
- Change the string to the correct pathname.
- Click on the OK button to apply the changes and close the String Editor window.
- Close the Registry Editor .
- Start the Advantys software.
