ATV71 circuit breaker references from ATV71HC25N4 to ATV71HC31N4

Sur une affaire délicate, le client a placé en protection amont sur ATV71HC25N4 un NS630.STR43MEF conformément aux préconisations du catalogue "ALTIVAR 71 février 2005" page 130 Le produit déclenche sans cesse sur thermique, et équilibre de phase. Les services Merlin Gerin ont diagnostiqué une incompatibilité. Sur le catalogue page 152 "ALTIVAR 71 mars 2006" la protection préconisée pour le même produit est un NS630.MA500. Ce produit ne se fait plus depuis longtemps me disent les services Merlin Gerin. Comment puis-je expliquer au client ces disparités entre les catalogues ? Quelles sont aujourd'hui les vrais préconisations en terme de protection ALTIVAR 71 et seront-elles intégrées dans une future version de catalogue?
