Issue
DNP3.0 requires a unit ID even if it is over ethernet.

Cause
The framework in an ION7600 does not allow you to set the DLAddress for ethernet (which is essentially the unit ID).

Resolution

1. Set COM2 to Ethergate
   
2. Connect the twisted shielded pair (RS485) between COM1 and COM2
3. Set the protocol on COM1 to DNP3.0 then set the unit ID to the desired number.
   

NOTE: all devices and COM ports must have unique device IDs, and all operate at the same baud rate.
