Issue:
StruxureWare and NetBotz product and license/passcode registration instructions are inaccurate.

Environment :
License key passcodes for al StruxureWare and NetBotz products.

Cause:
The instructions on the Passcode redemption certificate are inaccurate.  The old registration sites of register.netbotz.com and dcimassets.schneider-electric.com have been migrated to our new license and entitlement site, EcoStruxure IT Entitlements.

Resolution:
Existing logins that were used on the retired licensing platforms will work to log into the new EcoStruxure IT Entitlements portal . Passcodes received via an envelope in the mail require manual association of the passcode received to your account.  Please reach out to your local technical support team for assistance.
