Are they different than the HMIGTO with steel bezels?

Yes, there are conformal coating options for the HMIGTO HMIs.
The part numbers are the same as the regular HMIGTOs, except they end with a "FCW"
HMIGTO1300FCW (3.5")
HMIGTO1310FCW (3.5")
HMIGTO2300FCW (5.7")
HMIGTO2310FCW (5.7")
HMIGTO3510FCW (7.0")
HMIGTO4310FCW (7.5")
HMIGTO5310FCW (10.4")
HMIGTO6310FCW (12.1")

The Conformal Coating units are different than the units with Stainless Steel Bezels with the '5' suffix in the last digit of the part numbers.
Note that there are only 3 models available for the Stainless Steel Bezel HMIGTOs - screen sizes 5.7', 10.4", and 12.1":
HMIGTO2315 (5.7")
HMIGTO5315 (10.4")
HMIGTO6315 (12.1")

The Stainless Steel Bezel units ending with '5' in the part number cannot be ordered with conformal coatings.
