PM820 Meter - Error Message "00020001"

00020001 Corresponds to register 3050 and 3051
3050 = 0001
3051 = 0002

From the register map this maps out to:
3050 = 0000 0000 0000 0001 = Error
3051 = 0000 0000 0000 0010 = tbd Option Slot A module failure
