Issue:
The user is editing online and receives the error and cannot proceed with a "Build changes" or "Rebuild All Project".
Environment:
Control Expert/Unity Pro software online with a PLC.
Resolution:
A change has been made that should be made in offline mode.
It requires disconnecting and performing a "Rebuild All" followed by a download.
