Resolution
Yes. Programs created with Modsoft can be imported, then opened, using ProWORX 32 software. With the ProWORX 32 software up and running, go to <FILE> then <IMPORT DATABASE>, select File Type as (*.CFG) for Modsoft, then go into the folder that has the Modsoft *.CFG file and select it, click on the <OPEN> button and the conversion process will begin.
