Lexium CT requires an additional motor database file in order to connect to ILS1R851S1390.
The motor database file is attached to this knowledge article
The file should be downloaded and then copied into the installation directory for the database files of Lexium CT.

For Windows XP the location will be …. Program Files/Schneider Electric/Lexium CT/commontools/database
Customers using virtual machine installations must locate the “database” folder for their particular installation layout and paste the database file into the database folder.
