Cause:
n/a

Resolution:
Navigate to the ConF menu using the dial. Push the Enter button (the dial is the Enter button). Scroll down to FCS and push Enter.
The display should say nO. Change the dial to InI. Push and hold the Enter button for 2-3s. The display will change back to nO when completed.

Note: A factory reset cannot be completed when the drive is running. The drive must be stopped.
