Can't configure IEC61850 in P30
Issue
Recently we received some BFO cases where customer don’t know how to configure IEC61850 in P30 relay.

Phenomenon
MCL 61850 and CID 61850 Folder are grey color and can’t be configured.

Root Cause
It is needed to enable IEC61850 ed1 or ed2 first and refresh the connection.

Solution
Enable IEC61850 ed1 or ed2 first.
Then refresh the connection.
Then we will see MCL61850(ed1) or CID61850(ed2) folder is ready for configuration.
