Can the Subring assignments on the Predefined config files for the Modicon Extended Managed Switch be changed to DIO Ports?

Problem
Customer does not have RIO or DIO Subrings, but would like more DIO Cloud ports on the Modicon Extended Managed Switch using the Predefined files.
Environment
M580 CPU, standalone or HSBY using Modicon Extended Managed Switch
Soluton:
The Predefined file can not be changed.
On page 22 of the Complex Topology guide, it says:
"When you download this DRS predefined configuration file to a switch, the file provides a set of operating parameters that enable the switch to operate with high efficiency in the specified architecture. Except when enabling or disabling ports that are not connected to either a main ring or a sub-ring, do not adjust the configuration parameters or alter the port usage in the predefined configuration file. Changing the configuration parameters or the port assignments can compromise the effectiveness and accuracy of the switch, as well as the performance of the RIO network."
If the customer needs more DIO ports, their options are to use the Service Port of the CPUs or to add an Unmanaged switch to the DIO Cloud ports.
