The default IP address can be found by converting the last 2 numbers of the MAC address from Hex to Dec and preceding them with 85.16
Example:
MAC address 00.80.F4.06.4C.38
4C Hex converts to 76 Dec
38 Hex converts to 56 Dec
Default IP address is 85.16.76.56
