Power Monitoring Expert - When I try to navigate to a device in Diagrams, I am told 'the template for the requested device cannot be found' even though it works in Vista

Issue
User sees the message "The template for the requested device cannot be found" when attempting to go to a device's default template page in Diagrams even though the same thing works in Vista.

Resolution
The Diagrams Web Application can have a problem using auto-diagram to open a device diagram if the device name contains unusual but permitted characters.

As an example, consider a device with the name 'testau)to-r+ep=or(ter!na#m$e&'.

These types of unusual characters cause problems in a web environment because they become part of the URL and are not interpreted correctly in a web browser. The workaround is not to use these types of characters in device names.
