What is the configuration software for Lexium 05?

Please note that Lexium 05 is an obsolete product and the configuration software is therefore also obsolete. SoMove is the latest software that we use for the Lexium servo drives (Lexium 28, 32 and so on), but it does not work with Lexium 05 range.

The Lexium 32 is the product range that can be used as an alternative, however there are major differences between these two ranges, in the product and the associated motors, cables and accessories.

Old softwares related to the obsolete Lexium 05:

Powersuite:

The original configuration software for Lexium 05 servo drives was called Powersuite.

The part number of the PowerSuite software was VW3A8104 and there were two options for connecting a PC to the drive.

Option 1 - Serial

The part number of the connection kit for connecting the serial port on the PC running PowerSuite to a Lexium 05 drive was VW3A8106.

Option 2 - USB

The part number for a cable to connect the USB port on a PC running PowerSuite to a Lexium 05 drive was TCSMCNAM3M002P.

Note:
PowerSuite was designed for Windows XP operating system and Windows NT. There was a later version of software called Lexium CT.

Note that while still available, this is old software also and we can't guarantee that it will work on Windows 10. Lexium CT is not compatible with Windows 11.  It does however use the Same cable as SoMove - TCSMCNAM3M002P.
