Do I need 2 Tesys U bases (LUB12, LUB32, LUB38) for reversing operation?

The answer is no. There are multiple ways of creating a reversing starter, depending on the base module you choose. Some are built into the starter and others are add-on, but in all cases you only need one Tesys U base module.

There are 3 possible ratings for the base; 12A, 32A and 38A. Each are available in two configurations; Standard and Advanced. This depends on whether you want to use communications / advanced protection modules. Options can be found in the catalogue section, chapter A4, which is attached to this FAQ.
