No the SEA9NI1603 CANNOT have a Undervoltage or Shunt trip coil fitted.
With one exception none of the Switched disconnectors for the B Type boards can have Undervoltage release coil, Shunt trip coil, or Auxiliaries fitted. This is because they are based on the Interpact INS range.
The only Acti 9 switch incomer that can have a Under voltage release or Shunt trip coil fitted is the SEA9NI2254 as this is based on the NSX range
