Yes this can be achieved using a 3 pole iC60 breaker and then choose a vigi unit A9V02763 for 30mA or A9V06763 for 300mA and attaching these two together.  When the two devices are combined to form the RCBO it will measure 6 mods ( 6 x 18mm) wide.
