What is the sampling frequency of Sepam series 80?
The sampling frequency is controlled by the network frequency, between 25Hz and 65Hz.
For measurements (except for RMS and THD) and protection functions, the sampling frequency is 12 times the electrical network frequency.
- 600 Hz for 50 Hz networks
- 606 Hz for 50.5 Hz networks
- 720 Hz for 60 Hz networks
For RMS and THD measurements, the sampling frequency is 36 times the electrical network frequency.
