Are Loadcentre KQII products compatible with QO LoadCentre distribution boards?

Unfortunately not. However, outgoing devices (mcbs and rcbos) are still available for original QO LoadCentre distribution boards.
MCBs are available in C type only from 10amp to 63amp 1,2 or 3 pole
example part number for 3pole 32A = QO332VSC10.
RCBO are available in both B & C type  Example part codes
C type 32a 30ma = QO132C10RCBO30F
B type 16a 30ma = QO116B10RCBO30F
