The output contacts on the time clocks are a "volts free" contact.
Which means that they do not obtain a supply from the time clock power supply.
The output contacts have to be fed separately.
The terminals are:-
IHP Clocks
Contact C1
Terminal 4 common, Live supply.
Terminal 6 energised when the clock is on. This terminal is normally connected to the load.
Terminal 2 energised when the clock is off.
Contact C2
Terminal 3 common, Live supply.
Terminal 5 energised when the clock is on. This terminal is normally connected to the load.
Terminal 1 energised when the clock is off.
IH Clocks
The contact only has two terminals 1 & 2. The supply and load can be connected to either terminal.
