Why is my Panel Server blinking orange after removing a Modbus Device with EPC ?

EcoStruxure Power Commission + PAS600L

Issue
PAS600L is blinking orange after the deletion of a connected Modbus device with EcoStruxure Power Commission (EPC).

Cause of Issue
This is a known issue when you delete a Modbus device with EPC.

Resolution
Connect to the Web Pages of the PAS600L and delete the product(s) from the Maintenance -> Devices Communication menu.
