Which is the ZelioSoft2 version required for my Zelio Smart Relay (SR2/SR3) firmware?
If we are using a newer version of ZelioSoft2 with an older Zelio SR2/SR3 we have different behaviors :
•When we try to download the application (Transfer Program : PC > Module) to an older Zelio a message will show up indicating "The firmware is missing or incompatible with the program to be transferred. Do you want to perform an update? " Then the software will download to the Zelio SR2/SR3 the new firmware and then the application.
•When we try to upload the application (Transfer Program : Module > PC) from an older Zelio SR2/SR3 we will not be able to make it.
If we are trying to make a backup of the application of an older Zelio it is important to know the Firmware so we can identify the version of the ZelioSoft2 required:
Please find attached in this FAQ the different versions of the ZelioSoft2 ( v2.4 , v3.1 and v4.1)
