No. As of now, none of the Schneider Electric meters, networking product and other products offers support for RSP, FPGA or RSPE (Any DLR Protocols). Currently, there is no firmware support for DLR using the existing Ethernet ports.
Schneider Electric meters commonly use Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, and Ethernet/IP protocols.
